利福平不良反应的文献分析

目的分析国内文献资料中利福平不良反应报道的情况,以探讨利福平不良反应发生的规律性.方法利福平不良反应病例通过检索《药物不良反应1960-1997多媒体光盘》及《中国生物医学文献数据库》、《中国药学文摘》获得.结果检索获得399例利福平的不良反应病例,变态反应引起的肾功能损害较多,特别是急性肾功能衰竭,但致死率最高为严重肝损害.结论利福平的不良反应累及各器官,多为变态反应,且与剂量无关,若治疗不及时,可致死,应引起临床重视.

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by rifampicin

AIM To analysis domistic literature of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) of rifampicin and to study the general pattern and characteristics of ADRs induced by rifampicin.METHODS The cases of ADRs of rifampicin were searched in "Adverse Drug Reactions Disk 1960-1997","Chinese Pharmaceutial Abstract","Chinese Biological Medicine Disk".RESULTS There were 399 cases of ADRs induced by rifampicin,the ADRs of rifampicin often caused renal impairment especially acute renal failure(ARF),which was associated with allergic reaction,while the highest of lethality was sevre liver injury.CONCLUSION ADRs of rifampicin could involve in multiple organs and systems,mainly were allergic reaction which were not related to the dosage,but it would have caused death if treatment was not given in time.So it should be paid attention in clinical practice.
