胸腔镜辅助小切口在胸部外伤中的应用探讨

目的: 探讨胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(video-assisted minithoraeotomy surgery,VAMTS)治疗胸部外伤的应用价值。方法: 应用VAMTS治疗胸部外伤13例。术中行廓清术及纤维板剥脱术10例伴肺裂伤修补术2例,膈肌裂伤修补加膈疝还纳术1例,肺内异物(子弹)摘除术2例。结果: 患者全部治愈。无术中及术后并发症。结论: VAMTS在治疗胸部外伤中具有安全、创伤小、疗效好等优点,而且可以降低手术费用,适合我国国情。

Video-assisted minithoracotomy surgery in treatment of thoracic injuries

Objective:To evaluate video-assisted minithoracotomy surgery(VAMTS) in the treatment of thoracic injuries.Methods:VAMTS were performed on 13 patients.Among them,9 were removed of clotted hemothorax or decortication of lung,(2 cases) were treated with lung lacerated wound patching technique,1 case with diaphragm lacerated wound patching and the diaphragmatic hernia natrium technique and 2 cases were removed of the foreign matters in the lung(bullet).Results:All the patients recovered well.There was no operative mortality or postoperative complications.Conclusions:VAMTS is a safe and effective technique for choracic injuries with the advantages of little trauma and cost efficacy.
