牙周疾病是我国成人失牙的首要原因。近年来,种植修复已逐渐成为无法保留患牙的牙周病患者修复缺牙的重要治疗手段,有关牙周病患者种植时机和种植材料的选择及植体长期留存的问题都是临床治疗中受到关注的热点。本文简述了牙周疾病特点,从牙周病患者拔牙与种植时机的选择、材料的发展进行文献总结,旨在探讨提高种植体长期留存率的方法,阐述牙周病患者种植修复的研究新进展。

New Research Progress on Implant Restoration in Patients with Periodontal Disease

Periodontal disease is the leading cause of adult tooth loss in China. In recent years, implant restoration has graduallybecome an important treatment for patients with periodontal disease who cannot retain their teeth to repair tooth loss. The timingof implantation, the selection of implant materials and the long-term retention of implants in patients with periodontal disease arethe focus of attention in clinical treatment. This article briefly describes the characteristics of periodontal diseases, and summarizesthe literature on the selection of tooth extraction and implant timing and the development of materials in patients with periodontaldiseases. It aims to explore ways to improve the long-term retention rate of implants and explain the new research progress ofimplant restoration in patients with periodontal diseases.
