摘    要:

关 键 词:面部皮肤软组织的衰老主要由于韧带筋膜的松弛及真皮胶原的减少,导致皮下软组织的下垂及 真皮的松弛。自然衰老及重力作用对韧带筋膜的牵拉,日晒等外因对真皮胶原的侵蚀造成了韧带的重力性 下垂及真皮的包裹张力减弱最终导致面部衰老样外观,因此从生物力学角度设计联合治疗以达到面部紧致 年轻化成为当前研究热点。本文主要从面部结构出发,根据面部生物力学相关概念进行方案设计,采用聚 左旋乳酸注射与射频技术联合治疗,以达到面部年轻化目的。

Abstract:The aging of facial skin and soft tissue is mainly due to the relaxation of ligament and fascia and the reduction of dermal collagen, which leads to the sagging of subcutaneous soft tissue and the relaxation of the dermis. Natural aging and the traction of ligament fascia by gravity, the erosion of dermal collagen by external factors such as sunlight, the gravitational sagging of ligaments, and the weakening of dermal wrapping tension eventually lead to facial aging-like appearance. Therefore, how to design combined treatment from a biomechanical point of view to achieve facial rejuvenation has been a hot topic for many scholars. In this paper, starting from the facial structure, according to the related concepts of facial biomechanics, the scheme design is carried out, and the combined treatment of poly-L-lactic acid injection and radiofrequency technology is used to achieve the purpose of facial rejuvenation
