1例毗邻颗粒链菌菌血症合并化脓性脑膜炎患者抗感染治疗的药学实践

摘 要 毗邻颗粒链菌可以引起全身多部位感染,因缺乏标准的药敏试验使其治疗变得困难。临床药师以患者的临床疗效和安全性为切入点,结合患者的病情、检查结果和抗菌药物药代动力学/药效学特点协助医师制定合理的抗感染治疗方案,促进临床合理用药,最终患者临床症状、血培养及脑脊液相关检查得到明显改善。

Pharmaceutical Practice of Anti-infective Treatment for a Case of Bacteremia Complicated with Purulent Meningitis Caused by Granulicatella Adiacens

Granulicatella adiacens can cause systemic multisite infection and make treatment difficult because of its lack of standard susceptibility tests. Clinical pharmacists took the clinical efficacy and safety of patients as the starting point, combined with the patient''s condition, examination results and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic characteristics of antibacterial drugs to assist physicians to develop reasonable anti-infection treatment plans and promote clinical rational drug use, and finally the patient''s clinical symptoms, blood culture and cerebrospinal fluid related examination were significantly improved.
