口腔修复科住院医师规范化培训教学改革探索

摘    要:本研究以重庆医科大学附属口腔医院修复科的住院医师规范化培训为背景,总结了现阶段口腔修复专科规培的4个问题:部分规培医师理论基础薄弱,指导教师带教要求难以统一,规培医师独立接诊困难,学员接触完整复杂病例难度大。针对这些问题,本研究提出6点规培改革建议,具体内容包括:提倡“思维导图式”复习记忆,提倡督导式门诊教学,多种手段辅助规培教学,建立学员反馈制度,改进教学考核方式,以及提高规培师资力量。通过以上改革建议,旨在改善口腔修复专科规培现状,提高规培医师的专业素质和实践能力。

Abstract:Based on the standardized training of residents in the Department of Prosthodontics, Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, four problems were discussed and six suggestions were proposed for reforming the standardized training of residents in the department of prosthodontics. The four problems were as follows: poor theoretical knowledge in some residents, inconsistent teaching standards, difficulty in independent operation by trainees, and difficulty in training on complex cases. The six suggestions were as follows: reviewing with mind mapping, supervised outpatient teaching, using assistant methods in training, establishing a trainee feedback system, improving the teaching assessment methods, and increasing the number of teachers for training.
