绵马贯众的研究进展及质量标志物预测

摘    要:绵马贯众是我国传统中药,在中医临床上运用广泛。现代药理学研究表明,绵马贯众具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、止血、驱虫等药理作用,化学成分以间苯三酚类、黄酮类和萜类为主。对绵马贯众的本草考证、化学成分和药理作用进行综述,并从植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、传统药效药性、化学成分可测性和网络药理学4个方面对绵马贯众质量标志物(Q-marker)进行预测分析,结果显示,白绵马素AP、白绵马素BB、绵马素BB、山柰素、大豆素、里白醇等可作为其Q-marker,为建立和完善绵马贯众质量标准提供参考。

Abstract:Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai. (DC) is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, which has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that DC has many pharmacological activities, such as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, hemostasis, and expelling parasites. Its chemical components primarily include m-trihydroxybenzenes, flavones, and terpenes. Textual research, chemical constituents, and pharmacological effects of DC were reviewed in this paper. Quality markers (Q-markers) of DC were predicted from four aspects of plant phylogenetics and component specificity of chemical components, traditional efficacy and medicinal properties, pharmacokinetics and measurable composition, and network pharmacology. Furthermore, the results showed that albaspidin AP, albaspidin BB, aspidin BB, kaempferol, daidzein, and diplopterol could be used as Q-markers, which provided references for establishing and improving the quality standard of DC.
