IKAP 模式下健康教育对妊娠期高血压剖宫产产妇切口美观性的影响

目的 探究IKAP模式下健康教育对妊娠期高血压剖宫产产妇血压及切口美观性的影响。方法 选 择2021年2月-2022年12月在本院进行建卡并且最终实施手术的90例产妇，按照住院的先后顺序分为对照组 及观察组，各45例。对照组实施一般护理模式，观察组实施IKAP模式下健康教育，比较两组血压情况、 切口美容效果以及自我效能。结果 观察组血压控制效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后自我效能 评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组切口美容效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对妊娠期高血压剖宫产 产妇实施IKAP模式健康教育，孕产妇的血压状况得到优化，促进切口的美观性提升，产妇在居家后的生 活质量得到保障。

Effect of Health Education Under IKAP Mode on Wound Aesthetics of Cesarean Section in Parturients with Gestational Hypertension

Objective To analyze the effect of health education under IKAP mode on blood pressure and wound aesthetics of cesarean section in parturients with gestational hypertension. Methods From February 2021 to December 2022, 90 parturients who were built cards and finally underwent surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization, with 45 parturients in each group. The control group was given general nursing mode, and the observation group was given health education under IKAP mode. The blood pressure, cosmetic effect of incision and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-efficacy score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The cosmetic effect of incision in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education under IKAP mode for parturients with gestational hypertension after cesarean section can optimize blood pressure, promote the wound aesthetics, and ensure the quality of life after home.
