中药卷柏现代研究进展

目的：为中药卷柏药用植物资源的进一步研究和临床开发利用提供参考。方法：通过梳理卷柏历史沿革，对其基原进行本草考证；同时采用综述的方法对不同品种卷柏的化学成分、药理作用及质量控制方面的研究进行相应的阐述和总结。结果与结论：不同基原的卷柏品种在化学成分、药理作用及功效主治方面并不完全相同，它们之间有共性，也有个性。在临床实践中，应辨证用药，合理选择卷柏基原品种，并扩大或加强对卷柏地方品种的开发和使用力度。

Progress in Modern Research of Chinese Herb Selaginella

Objective: To provide a reference for the further research and clinical exploitation of the medicinal plant resources of Chinese Herb Selaginella. Methods: Through sorting out the history and evolution of Selaginella, the textual research on its origin was carried out. At the same time, the chemical composition, pharmacological action and quality control of diff erent varieties of Selaginella were described and summarized. Result and Conclusion: The chemical composition, pharmacological action and effi cacy of diff erent species of Selaginella are not exactly the same. There are commonalities and personalities among them. In clinical practice, it is necessary to use drugs based on syndrome diff erentiation, rationally select the basic varieties of Selaginella, and expand or strengthen the development and use of local varieties of Selaginella.
