| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部3D采集在输卵管造影及再通术中的应用。方法对164例输卵管阻塞患者进行输卵管造影及再通术。结果164例中有前倾或后倾子宫28例，采用3D采集，得以满意显示子宫角部，插管成功率100％。结论在进行输卵管造影及再通术时，腹部3D采集对前倾或后倾子宫可精确定位，提高插管的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of Abdomen 3D in selective salpingogra-phy and fallopian tube recanalization. Methods Blocks the patient to 164 example oviducts to carry on the ovi-duct radiography and to fallopian tube recanalization. Results In 164 examples has the anteversion or the caster womb 28 examples, Uses the 3D gathering, can satisfy the demonstration womb angle department, intubation suc-cess ratio 100%. Conclusion When carries on the oviduct radiography and passes the technique again, the ab-domen 3D gathering to the anteversion or the caster womb may the pinpointing,enhance the intubation the suc-cess ratio. |
