| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脆性组氨酸三聚体基因在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测30例舌鳞状细胞癌和12例正常舌粘膜鳞状上皮组织中FHIT的表达情况。结果舌鳞状细胞癌组织中FHIT的阳性率(40.0%)显著低于正常舌粘膜组织(75.0%)(P<0.05)。FHIT的表达与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与分化程度相关,分化程度越低,FHIT的失表达越明显(P<0.05)。结论FHIT可能在舌癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of FHIT in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of FHIT was studied with immunohistochemical method in 30 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma and 12 cases of normal tongue mucosa squamous epithelium. Results The positive expression rate of FHIT was significantly lower in tongue squamous cell carcinoma ( 40.0% ) than that in normal tongue mucosa squamous epithelium( 75.0% , P< 0.05 ). The expression of FHIT in squamous cell carcinoma of tongue was negatively correlated with the differentiation (P< 0.05 ), while no such correlation could be found between the expression of FHIT and the age and sex of patients (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion FHIT may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. |
