| 摘 要： | 目的:了解青岛市城区妇女生殖道感染现状及其相关因素。方法:2001年1月～2002年6月对18569例妇女进行询问病史、妇科检查和实验室检查。结果:妇女生殖道感染率为47.75％;生殖道感染与年龄、职业、文化程度密切相关,而且影响妇女妊娠结局。结论:生殖道感染是影响妇女身心健康的重要疾病,对妇女要加大卫生、保健、避孕等知识宣传,定期进行普查普治,以降低生殖道感染率,促进生殖健康。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the status and relevant factors of women 's reproductive tract infection (RTI) in Qingdao city. Methods: From January to December,2001, we had examined 18,569 women, including history, gynecological check - up and laboratory examination. Results: The rate of RTI in Qingdao is 47. 75% ,RTI is tied up with age, profession and education degree. It could affect pregnancy outcome. Conclusions : RTI is the important disease which influences physical and psychological health of female. To intensify the IEC (Information, Education and Communication) of hygiene, health care and contraception for women, to carry out general examination and treatment periodically, could decrease the RTI rate and improve reproductive health. |
