慢性活动性肝炎中单核性细胞超微形态研究

经电镜观察,慢活肝中主要为淋巴细胞及单核巨噬细胞浸润。淋巴细胞分3型,通过4种方式与肝细胞接触,可能代表杀伤肝细胞的动态过程。与肝细胞接触的主要为起细胞毒作用的T_8~+Ⅱ型淋巴细胞及单核巨噬细胞。多数T_4~+淋巴细胞为Ⅰ型淋巴细胞,可能为T辅助细胞。在肝细胞损伤中,淋巴细胞及单核巨噬细胞均起重要作用。

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF MONONUCLEAR CELLS IN CHRONIC ACTIVE HEPATITIS

Among the mononuclear cells infiltrating in the liver tissues of chronic active hepatitis, three types ofIymphocytes and macrophages were seen in sequence through electron microscopy. The relationship be-tween mononuclear cells and hepatocytes was of four patterns. Most of the mononuclear cells contac-ting with hepatocytes in these four patterns were T8 lymphocytes, some were M1 monocytes. The T8lymphocytes predominantly were type II lymphocytes with killing function. The greater the number ofmononulear cells, the severer damage to hepatocytes. The result indicate that T8 lymphocytes are TypeII lymphocytes which are T killing cells, also. The four patterns in which mononuclear cells contactwith hepatocytes may be the dynamic process of killing phenomenon. The type I lymphocytes may beT helper. In summary, lymphocyte-mediatedmechanism is likely to be predominant in the destructionof hepatocytes that occurs in chronic active hepatitis, but macrophage-mediated cytotoxicity can not beneglected either.
