心肌组织肾素-血管紧张素系统与心肌超微结构改变的研究

摘    要:观察19例心功能障碍患者心脏局部肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS),心功能及心肌超微结构的变化.结果显示心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ含量增高,与心脏指数呈显著负相关,与心肌超微结构改变呈显著正相关,提示心脏局部RAS活性增高对心功能和心肌结构变化的影响较为突出.

Abstract:We investigated the changes of cardiac local renin-angiotensin system, cardiac funtion and myocardial ultramicrostructure in 19 patients with chronic rhumatic valvular disease. The content of angiotensin Ⅱ in left ventricular myocardium was increased and negtively correlated with the cardiac index, but positively correlated with the grade of myocdial pathological changes. We concluded that increased activities of cardiac local renin-angiotensin system be unbeneficial for heart and aggravate the lesion of myocardial ultramicrostructure.
