摘    要:目的建立测定氯沙坦钾片溶出度的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇-水(含0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾,用磷酸调pH至3.2,64:36),流速为1.0mL/min。检测波长为250nm。结果线性范围为11.43~114.3μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.61%,RSD=1.03%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏度高,简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,适用于氯沙坦钾片的溶出度测定。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for determining the dissolution of Losartan Potassium Tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods The Venusil XBP-C18 column was used with methanol-waters(containing 0.05 mol/L monopotassium phosphate, adjusting to pH of 3.2 with phosphoric acid,64:36) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 250nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 11.43-114. 3μg/mL(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 100. 61%, RSD was 1.03% (n-6). Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used to determine the dissolution of Losartan Potassium Tablets.
