2%强化戊二醛及甲醛对口腔科频用器械消毒效能的研究

目的：了解2%强化戊二醛和甲醛溶液对口腔科频用器械的消毒灭菌效果。寻找简便有效的消毒灭菌方法。方法：分别选用2%强化戊二醛和甲醛溶液（甲醛溶液80ml/m^3：高锰酸钾40mg/m^3：清水为40ml/m^3)对高速手机头，洁牙机头，正畸专用钳等口腔科频用器械进行定量，定时消毒，在无菌操作下分时段采样，并用醛类培养基进行细菌培养。结果：（1）2%强化戊二醛组浸泡30分、20分、15分、10分、5分钟后，培养结果均无细菌生长。（2）甲醛溶液组薰蒸30分、20分、15分、10分，5分钟后，培养结果也均无细菌生长，但5分钟组有少许细菌生长。结论：2%强化戊二醛浸泡5分钟以上及甲醛溶液薰蒸10分钟以上，对口腔科频用器械可起到有效消毒灭菌效能。

study of disinfection effect on dental instruments with 2% strengthening Glutaraldehyde and Formaldelyke.

Objective:To comprehend the disinfection effect of 2% strengthening Glutaraldehyde and Formaldelyke on dental instruments,so as to find a simple and effective disinfection method.Methods:The dental common use instruments which included high-speed headpiece.tip of ultrasonic scaler and orthodontic pliers were disinfected on ration and fixed time with 2% strengthening Glutaraldehyde and Formalelyke liquor(Formaldelyke 80ml/*e,Permanganate 40mg/*e,water 40ml/*e) respectively,then the specimens were collected in different time and fostered with aldehydes-culture.Results:(1)Germ growth was not found in aldehydes-culture after 30,20,15,10,5 minutes with 2% strengthening Glutaraldehyde soaking.(2)Germ grouth was not found in aldehydes-culture after 30,20,15,10 minutes with Formaldelyke liquor fumigation,but germs grouth were found in 5 minutes group.Conclusion:Dental common use instruments can be disinfected effectively with 2% strengthening Glutaraldehyde soaking over 5 minutes or with Formaldelyke liquor fumigation over 10 minutes.
