老年期痴呆190例分析

目的了解老年期痴呆患者的生存时间，死亡原因，以及影响生存时间的因素。方法对1998年3月～2006年9月在本院死亡的99例阿尔茨海默病（AD）和91例血管性痴呆的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果AD组患者的平均生存时间长于VD组（P〈0．01），且AD组女性平均生存时间长于男性（P=0．012）。两组的主要死亡原因均为肺部感染和褥疮。发病年龄晚、伴糖尿病的痴呆和VD的生存时间短。AD组发病年龄晚、男性患者的生存时间短。VD组伴糖尿病、高血压、发病年龄晚、有精神症状患者的生存时间短。结论关注并探究老年期痴呆患者生存时间的影响因素，可为患者的防治提供帮助。

Analysis on 190 senile dementia patients

Objective To explore the survival time, the reason of death and the survival influence factors of senile dementia patients. Method The date of 99 AD and 91 VD patients were retrospectively analysed. Results The mean survival time of AD patients was significantly longer than that of VD patients（P〈0.01）. The survival time of female patients among group AD was significantly longer than that of male patients. The main causes of death in aged dementia patients were lung＇s infection and bedsore. Survival time of the aged patients with dementia was shorter with the factors of later suffered, VD and diabetes . The later suffered and male patients＇ survival time would be longer in Group AD. The survival time of patients with diabetes, hypertension, later suffered and mental symptom would be shorter in Group VD. Conclusion It is useful for the prevention and treatment of senile dementia patients through study on the influence factors of survival time.
