含糖输液配制过程中温度不确定性研究

目的:制定不同温度时含糖输液常用配料、灌装体积校正值检索表.方法:测定不同温度时500ml的10%葡萄糖溶液体积变化,制定出不同温度时常用配液灌装体积校正表.结果:通过回收试验和装量试验,未校正组与校正组均有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:校正值检索表能够对大容量注射剂配制的体积和含量控制进行校正.

Study on the Temperature Uncertainty in Preparing Glucose Injection

Objective: To establish rectification keys of the ordinary material and can-volumn of glucose injection at different temperatures. Method: The keys of ordinary solution volumn rectification were established at different temperature by measuring the vol- umn changes of 500 ml of 10% glucose solution at various temperatures. Result: The great difference are found after rectification compared with unrectification through recovery test and packing test. Conclusion: The keys can effectively rectificate the volumn and content in preparing large volumn injection.
