| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良小梁切除术的优越性。方法应用表面麻醉、月型隧道刀制作巩膜瓣对39例46眼青光眼患者施行小梁切除术。结果本组病例中,麻醉成功率100%,每眼术程平均17min,较既往常规手术缩短37%,术后眼压控制均获满意效果,无新术中、术后并发症。结论表面麻醉和隧道刀的使用可以安全、快速、有效地完成小梁切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the superiority of improved trabeculectomy.Methods The trabeculectomy was excuted on39patients(46eyes)suffering from glaucoma with surface anesthesia and scleral valve made by tunnel knife.Results The successful rate of anesthesia was up to100%.The average operation-course of each eye is seventeen minutes,short by37%comparing with the common method.The control of postoperative IOP was well and no newly compli cations occured both during and after operation.Conclusion The use of surface anesthesia and tunnel knife is safe,quick and more effective for the trabeculectomy. |
