烟草暴露与肺结核发病的病例对照研究

目的探讨烟草暴露与肺结核发病的关系，揭示肺结核危险因素。方法采用病例对照设计。应用自行设计的问卷调查济宁市136例肺结核病例和149例对照的烟草暴露及其它肺结核潜在危险因素情况，并进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示：吸烟（OR=6．011，OR95％CI：3．648—9．905，P=0．000）和已戒烟（OR=5．125,OR95％CI：2．100—12．507，P=0．000）有统计学意义；被动吸烟（OR=1．042，OR95％CI：0．642—1．693，P=0．868）无统计学意义。多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示：吸烟（OR=6．282，OR95％CI：3．188～12．382，P=0．000）和已戒烟（OR=9．938，OR95％CI：2．851—34．634，P=-0．000）均是肺结核危险因素。结论有吸烟史是肺结核发病的危险因素。

A case-control study on exposure to tobacco and pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the possible relationship between exposure to tobacco and pulmonary tuberculosis for exploring the risk factors related to this disease. Methods A case-control study was conducted.Informations on exposure to tobacco and other related factors of tuberculosis were collected in 136 cases and 149 controls using a questionnaire designed by ourselves.Univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic analyses were conducted in the end. Results Current smoking（OR=6.011 ,OR 95% CI： 3.648-9.905,P=0.000）and ex-smoking（OR=5.125,0R 95% Ch 2.100-12.507,P=：0.000） were significantly associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in univariate analyses,but there was no significant association between passive smoking and this disease（OR=1.042,0R 95% CI： 0.642-l.693,P=0.868）.Current smoking（OR=6.282,0R 95% CI： 3.188-12.382,P=0.000）and ex-smoking （OR=9.938,OR 95% CI： 2.851-34.634,P=0.000）were significantly associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in multivariate non-conditional logistic analyses after adjusting other factors. Conclusion Current smoking and ex-smoking are risk factors for pulmonary tuberculosis.
