心因性非癫痫性发作儿童自我意识、家庭环境及父母养育方式的对照研究

目的探讨心因性非癫痫性发作（PNES）儿童自我意识、家庭环境和父母养育方式的特征及其与正常儿童的区别。方法采用Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表（CSS）、家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV）、父母养育方式问卷（EMBU）对43例PNES儿童和43名正常对照组儿童进行了评估。结果 PNES儿童CSS总分及焦虑、合群、幸福与满足分量表得分低于对照组儿童;FES-CV中的知识性分量表得分低于对照组儿童;EMBU中父亲的情感温暖与理解因子得分低于对照组儿童,父亲的惩罚严厉因子、母亲的过分干涉与过度保护因子、父母亲的拒绝否认因子得分高于对照组儿童。结论心因性非癫痫性发作儿童存在不良的自我意识、家庭环境及父母养育方式。

Case-control study of self-image, family environment and parental rearing practices in children with psychogenic non-epileptic seizures

Objective：Compare the parental rearing method, family environment and self-image of children with and without psychogenic non-epileptic seizures （PNES）. Methods： Forty-three consecutive patients with PNES from the mental health department of a maternal and childrens＇ health center in Guangzhou, China and forty-three matched patients coming for routine health examinations at the center were recruited between 2006 and 2009. The children were administered the Piers-Harris Children＇s Self-concept Scale （CSS） and the Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran （EMBU） to assess parental rearing style; one of their parents was administered the Chinese version of the Family Environment scale （FES-CV）. Result： The mean total score and anxiety, happiness and popularity subscale scores of the CSS were significantly lower in cases than in controls. Mean scores of FES subscales assessing family intellectualism were significantly lower in cases than in controls. Compared to the parents of controls, both parents of cases had significantly higher mean scores of EMBU on rejection and denial; fathers had higher scores on sternness and punishment and lower scores on emotional warmth and understanding; and mothers had higher scores on interference and over-protectiveness. Conclusion： Compared with control subjects, children with PNES report more negative parental rearing practices and a more negative self-image while their parents report poorer family functioning.
