| 摘 要： | 为探讨食管癌患者手术前后细胞免疫功能的变化，采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了５４例食管癌患者手术前后血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平，结果表明：ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ显著高于正常人，且随肿瘤分期增加而增高。手术治疗１个月、３个月后，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ均有明显下降，但有转移的患者降低不明显。术后１周ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ变化不明显，可能与机体的应激反应有关。提示血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为食管癌患者免疫功能的监测指标之一。对疾病的临床分期、疗

| Abstract: | The serum level of sIL 2R in 54 patients with esophageal carcinoma were determined. The results showed that serum level of sIL 2R in patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls, and correlated with TNM stage of the disease. Forthermore, sIL 2R level was markedly decreased three months after operation ( P <0 01), but there were not much changes in metastatic patients ( P >0 05). The results suggest that serum sIL 2R may reflect the status of anti tumor immunity and prognosis of patients with esophageal carcinoma. |
