| 摘 要： | 用ＨＰＬＣ测定两性霉素Ｂ脂质体及注游离两性霉素Ｂ在大鼠体内的组织分布，并比较了它们的急性毒性。Ｌ－ＡｍｐＢ改变了组织分布，提高了肺、肝、脾等组织中的分布量。而且也降低了毒性。

Distribution of liposomal amphotericin B in rat body |

| Abstract: | The distribution of liposomal amphotericin (L Amp B) and free amphotericin (F Amp B) in various tissues of the rat was investigated and the acute toxicity of both compared. It is concluded that L Amp B could alter the drug distribution in the tissues and raise the drug concentrations in lung, liver and spleen of the rat. |
