胃液血液中铁蛋白测定对胃癌的临床意义

用放射免疫法测定了２９名胃癌、２９名慢性萎缩性胃炎、３１名消化性溃疡患有液和血液中铁蛋白含量，以２８例慢性浅表性胃炎作为对照。结果表明：胃癌组胃液铁蛋白浓度较其他各组明显增高，差异非常显著，慢性萎缩性胃炎组较对照组亦显著升高，而血液铁蛋白浓度在各组间无显著差异。

Clinical significance of ferritin determination in gastric juice and serum in diagnosis of gastric cancer

Levels of ferritin (Ft) in gastric juice and serum were determined by radioimmunoassay in 29 patients with gastric cancer (GC), 29 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), 31 patients with peptic ulcer (PU), while 28 patients with chronic superficial gastritis as controls. The results showed that concentration of Ft in gastric juice was significantly higher in the patients with gastric cancer than in the patients with CAG, PU and CSG. The concentration of Ft in gastric juice was also significantly higher in the patients with CAG than controls. There was no significant difference, however, among each group for the concentration of Ft in serum. The results indicate that determining the levels of Ft in gastric juice may be helpful not only in the diagnosis of gastric cancer but also in identifying and following up high risk patients for gastric cancer.
