马来丝虫和牛指状腹腔丝虫抗原化学及免疫学特性的分析

摘    要:应用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和酶联免疫印迹技术,分析了马来丝虫成虫抗原、微丝蚴抗原及牛指状腹腔丝虫成虫原化学及免疫学特性。结果表明三者分别有6条、4条和2条丝虫抗原特异性组分,这些丝虫特异性组分与肠道线虫病人血及健康人血清均无交叉和假阳性反应,而SA-Ag价廉易得,用于丝虫病免疫依断和人群血清学监测可望获得较 好效果。

Abstract:Chemical and immunoactive characterizations of Brugia malayi adult and microfilaria, Setaria digitata adult crude antigens (BmA Ag, BmMf Ag and SdAAg) were analysed by SDS PAGE, histochemical staining and ELIB technique respectively. The crude BmA Ag, BmMf Ag and SdA Ag showed at least 6, 4 and 2 specific filarial antigenic bands in ELIB. All of those antigens were recognized only by the sera of the patients with filariasis, not by the sera of the patients with intestinal nematodiasis. SdA Ag was very easy to be obtained and would be found its practical use in the seroepidemical survey of filariasis.
