| 摘 要： | 用ＰＣＲ技术对肺强核患者外周血１０８例和痰９６例中结核杆菌ＤＮＡ进行检测，结果患者外周血和痰中结核杆菌ＤＮＡ阳性率分别为７７．７８％和５７．２９％；其中５２例患者外周血和痰标本配对同时检测总阳性率达９２．３％，提示外周血结核杆菌ＤＮＡ检测可提高肺结核诊断敏感性和阳性检出率，可作为肺结核诊断有用的指标。

| Abstract: | To detect mycobacterium tuberculosis in peripheral blood with pulmonary tuberculosis. We amplified DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis in peripheral blood from 108 and in sputum of 96 pulmonary tuberculosis patients by PCR. The postive rate in blood was 77 78%, significantly higher than that in sputum (57 29%). Combinative detection of blood and sputum in 52 patients showed that the senitiveness increased, and the postive rate was 92 3%. The result suggests that the technique is useful for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. |
