体表心电图在冠心病诊断中的评价

目的探讨体表心电图在诊断冠心病方面的价值。方法对81例临床拟诊冠心病者的冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果和体表心电图进行回顾对比分析。结果 81例中,CAG阳性47例,阴性34例。冠心病组（A组）47例中,急性心肌梗死（AMI）15例,陈旧性心肌梗死2例,心绞痛22例,心电图ST-T改变18例,心电图正常8例。非冠心病组（B组）24例中,ST-T改变11例。结论体表心电图对心肌梗死（MI）诊断有重要价值。但是,临床依据心电图ST-T改变诊断冠心病应慎重。

The value of surface electrocardiogram to the diagnosis of coronary artery disease

Objective To explore the value of surface electrocardiogram to the diagnosis of coronary artery disease （CAD）.Methods 81 patients diagnosed as CAD were analyzed retrospectively.All of them had received coronary angiography and surface electrocardiogram.Results Of the 81 cases,the result of coronary angiography were positive in 47 cases and negative in 34 cases.In 47 patients of CAD,15 cases were with AMI,2 cases with OMI,22 cases with angina pectoris,8 cases with normal electrocardiogram,and there were ST-T change in 18 cases,meanwhile,in 24 patients of non-CAD,there were 11 cases had ST-T change.Conclusion Surface electrocardiogram has significant value in diagnosis of MI,but it should be cautious to diagnose CAD by ST-T change.
