| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度法测定了蒙药顺气口服液中总蒽醌及游离蒽醌的含量,方法选择性高,准确.游离蒽醌回收率为99.87±1.7654(%),CV%=1.77;总蒽醌回收率为99.49±1.1774(%),CV%=1.18.独立测定6次,变异系数分别为CV%=0.65,CV%=1.10.可有效地控制本品的质量.
