康复中心联合家庭康复训练在孤独症患儿中的应用效果

目的:观察康复中心联合家庭康复训练在孤独症患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取88例孤独症患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组接受康复中心康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上接受家庭康复训练,比较两组中文修订版心理教育评定量表(C-PEP)评分与美国孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)评分。结果:训练后,两组C-PEP评分均高于训练前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,两组ATEC评分均低于训练前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复中心联合家庭康复训练用于孤独症患儿可提高心理应激评分和降低孤独症治疗评分,效果优于单纯康复中心康复训练效果。

Application effects of rehabilitation center training combined with family rehabilitation training on children with autism

Objective:To investigate application effects of rehabilitation center training combined with family rehabilitation training on children with autism.Methods:88 children with autism were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group received the rehabilitation center training,while the study group received family rehabilitation training on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of the Chinese revised Psycho-educational Profile(C-PEP)and the American autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the training,the C-PEP scores of the two groups were higher than those before the training;that of the study group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the AEC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the training;that of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The rehabilitation center training combined with family rehabilitation training for the children with autism can improve the psychological stress score and reduce the autism treatment score.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation center training.
