| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妇康片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱条件：色谱柱为Diamonsil（^TM钻石）（C18 5μm，4．6mm×250．0mm）；流动相：甲醇0．1％冰醋酸溶液（28：72）；检测波长为322am；柱温：25℃；流速：1．0ml／min；理论塔板数按阿魏酸峰计算不低于2000。结果：阿魏酸在0～36．30μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．99985。阿魏酸平均回收率为97．75％，RSD=1．39％。结论：该方法准确，重复性好，可用于妇康片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quantitative method of the Ferulic acid in the Fukang Tablet by HPLC. Methods： HPLC. Chromatographic Condition：The Diamonsil（TM 钻石） C18 Column（250×4.6 mm,5μm） was used,The methanol -1% Acetic acid glacial （V：V=28：72） mixture as the mobile phase,with the detection at 322 nm,The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 25℃, The theoretical plates of the Ferulic acid＇s peak was more than 2 000. Results：The liner ranges are 0～36.3μg, r=0.999 85. The mean recovery of Ferulic acid is 97.75%, RSD=1.39%. Conclusion： This method is accurate,reproductivity and can be used for the Fukang Table＇s quality control. |
