摘    要:目的探讨衰老雌性大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)、性激素(Sex hormone)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化与衰老的相关关系.方法采用硝酸还原酶法和放免分析等方法,检测血清中NO、Sex hormone、SOD等含量的变化.结果古汉养生精能有效升高20月龄雌性大鼠血清NO、Sex hormone、SOD含量,降低脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平.结论古汉养生精可明显改善老龄鼠体内激素及某些生化指标的变化.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the change in the levels of serum NO, sex hormone as well as SOD and the aging phenomenon by carrying out a comparative study of the effects of Guhanyangshengjing Solution (GS) and livial in the 20 month old female rats. Methods The nitrate reducase method and radioimmunoassay were used to detect the change in the levels of serum NO, sex hormone and SOD. Results GS could effectively increase the levels of serum NO, sex hormone and SOD and decrease the level of LPO. Conclusion GS possessing the effects of generating body essence and nourishing kidney qi can favorably change the level of hormone and some biochemical indexs in the 20 month old female rats.
