对老年介入治疗患者造影剂肾病相关认知的调查

目的 探讨老年介入治疗患者对造影剂肾病的相关认知情况.方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷对80例老年介入治疗患者进行问卷调查,并进行分析.结果 96.25%的患者不了解造影剂肾病的相关知识,82.50%的患者知道介入治疗可能引起造影剂肾病时有紧张的心理反应,患者均有健康教育的需求,81.25%的患者喜欢一对一的教育方式.结论 老年介入治疗患者对造影剂肾病相关知识的认知较差,存在紧张焦虑等负性情绪,护理人员应采用合适的教育方法,有针对性的实施健康教育,帮助患者配合治疗,预防和降低造影剂肾病的发生.

Investigation of cognition related to radio contrast-induced nephropathy in the elderly patients with the interventional therapy

Objeetive To explore the situation of cognition related to radio contrast-induced nephropathy in the elderly patients with the interventional thempy.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was applied and analyzed in the 80 eldedy patients with the interventional therapy.Results 96.25％of patients psychological reaction of nervousness when they were told the interventional therapy earl canae radio contrast-induced nephropathy and hoped to acquire the healthy education.81.25％of patients were fond of individualeducation.Condusions The elderly patients with the interveutional therapy are lack of the knowledge related toradio contrast.induced nephropathy and have the psychological reaction of nervousness and anxiety.The nllles should adopt the suitable education style,execute the healthy education on purpose and help the patients to obey the therapy.thus can prevent and decrease the radio contrast-induced nephropathy.
