| 摘 要： | 通过复习古今文献,结合现代流行病学研究,论述了老年痴呆的发病机制,提出了肾虚是老年性痴呆发病的病理基础,与心、肝、脾功能失调关系密切,痰浊瘀血既是其病理产物,又是其致病因素,为老年性痴呆的中医治疗提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | By reviewing ancient and modern of literatures and epidemiologic investigations,the pathogenesis of senile dementia was studied.Deficiency of the kidney was the pathology base of the disease,which has relation to heart,liver and spleen dysfunction.Sputum and blood stasis were the pathologic outcomes,while they were pathogenic factors too.The TCM treatment of senile dementia completed the theory foundation. |
