全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

目的总结全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的方法和疗效.方法采用全髋关节置换术治疗36例老年股骨转子间骨折,对手术时间、输血量、手术并发症及髋关节功能进行统计、观察.结果平均手术时间100min、平均输血700ml,住院期间未见感染、静脉栓塞,术后随访2～5年（平均2.5年）,未见假体脱位、松动,术后Harris评分平均85分（75～96分）.结论全髋关节置换术治疗某些类型的老年股骨转子间骨折,具有术后下地活动早、功能恢复快、并发症少,疗效好等优点.

Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients with Total Hip Replacement

Objective To summarize the method and effect of treating some intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with total hip replacement.Methods The results of 36 consecutive arthroplasties in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were reviewed.The mean operating time,the average blood replacement,surgical complication and hip function were counted and observed.Results The mean operating time was 100min,the average blood transfusion was 700ml.No case had infections and deep vein thrombosis in hospital.The followed-up period ranged 2years to5 years (average 2.5 years).No prosthesis had dislocation and loosening after operation.The average score of post operation was 85 according to Harris standard.Conclusions The effect of total hip replacement for elderly patients with some intertrochanteric fractures is confirmed.Total hip replacement for some intertrochanteric fractures in elderly has the theoretical advantage because the patient can bear full weight immediately after surgery,few complications and get rapid rehabilitation.
