摘    要:目的研究超临界流体萃取法(SFE)处理山银花后对其所含绿原酸转移率的影响。方法采用HPLC对SFE处理后的山银花水提液中绿原酸含量进行测定,同时与酶解法进行对比。结果经过SFE处理过的山银花,水提取绿原酸的转移率(95.1%)高于酶解法处理过的山银花中绿原酸的转移率(90.5%),高于未做任何处理的山银花中绿原酸的转移率(72.5%)。结论 SFE技术处理有利于提高山银花水提液中绿原酸的转移率,为SFE应用于山银花中绿原酸的提取提供实验依据。

Study on Chlorogenic Acid Extraction Rate from Lonicera macranthoides Processed by SFE

Abstract:Objective To research the influence on yield of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera macranthoides by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE). Method By HPLC to determine chlorogenic acid in aqueous extraction of L. macranthoides processed by SFE. Result The extract rate of cholorgenic acid from L. macranthoides processed by SFE was 95.11%. It was higher than that from L. marcanthoides processed by enzymolysis approach and unprocessed.Conclusion SFE improved the rate of chologenic acid from Lonicera macranthoides. The results provided the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of extracting Lonicera macranthoides by SFE.
