循证护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者预防压疮中的应用效果

目的：探讨循证护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者预防压疮中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年2月～2013年7月收治的190例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规预防性护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组患者压疮发生率、家属相关知识掌握程度及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者的压疮发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,家属相关知识掌握程度及患者满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：循证护理可有效控制老年股骨颈骨折患者的压疮发生率,且有效提升家属的相关防控知识,值得推广。

Effect on the evidence-based nursing in preventing the pressure ulcer of elderly patients with transcervical fracture

Objective：To observe and study the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing the pressure ulcer of elderly patients with transcervical fracture.Methods：190 elderly patients with transcervical fracture from February 2010 to July 2013 were the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine preventive nursing group） and observation group（evidence-based nursing group）.Then the total pressure ulcer rate,related knowledge mastering degree of family members before and after the nursing and patients satisfaction degree of two groups were compared.Results：The total pressure ulcer rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,related knowledge mastering degree of family members and patients＇ satisfaction degree after the nursing were higher than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The evidence-based nursing can effectively control the pressure ulcer of elderly patients with transcervical fracture,and it can also improve the related knowledge of family members,so it is more welcomed to the patients.
