水源水及自来水致突变性研究

摘    要:本研究对南宁市某自来水厂水源水及自来水用XAD-2型树脂浓集水中有机物,进行Ames试验(选用TA_(98)和TA_(100)菌株加与不加S_9),观察其致突变活性作用。结果表明,水源水和自来水有机物均引起TA_(98)和TA_(100)菌株致突变作用阳性,且有剂量与反应关系,其回变菌落数随剂量递增而增加。

Abstract:The mutagenic activity of organic pollutants in the source water and tap water of Nanning municipal water works was studied with Ames test using TA98 and TA100 strains with or without S_9.Organic pollutants were concentrated on XAD-2 esi.The results were positive for both source water and tap water to TA98 and TA100 strains in Ames test,showing also dose- response effect.There exists a range in which the number of induced revert- ants increases with the dose.
