甲氧滴滴涕是滴滴涕的结构类似物和替代物,是农药内分泌干扰物的一种.具有致癌作用以及血液、神经系统毒性.甲氧滴滴涕的雄性生殖毒性研究较多,主要为睾丸、附睾及生精上皮的改变.甲氧滴滴涕对雌性生殖系统的卵巢、子宫以及受精卵植入同样具有毒性作用,其是内分泌干扰毒性的重要方面,对阐明环境毒物导致的雌性生殖毒性及防治有重要意义.

Progress in research on female reproductive toxicity of methoxychlor

Methoxychlor is a DDT substitute and one of endocrine-disrupting chemicals which heavily pollutes the environment.It could also induce human carcinogenesis and has hematotoxicity and neurotoxicity.There have been many animal expriments on male reproductive toxicity of methoxychlor,mainly involving in changes in testicle,epididymis and seminiferous epithelium.But methoxychlor also has female reproductive toxicity,mainly affecting ovary,uterus,nidation of ovum of pregnant rats,which is an important aspect of endocrine disrupting toxicity of it and is of important significance for elucidating mechanism of action of methoxychlor that environmental toxicants pose female reproductive toxicity,and treatment and prevention of the repeoductive toxicity.This paper reviewed the reproductive toxicity of methoxychlor and its mechanism of action.
