帕罗西汀加逍遥丸治疗抑郁症的临床对照研究

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合逍遥丸治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将62例符合中西医诊断标准的住院抑郁症患者随机分为帕罗西汀联合逍遥丸组和单用帕罗西汀组,每组各31例,共治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和临床总体评定量表(CGI)评定疗效,采用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果2组患者治疗后HAMD和CGI-SI分值较治疗前均有显著性差异(P均<0.01),治疗2周末2组间HAMD分值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但在治疗6周末2组HAMD和CGI-SI分值比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05),而2组TESS分值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论逍遥丸合并帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症起效快、疗效好,不良反应少而轻,治疗依从性高,复发率低,可作为治疗抑郁症的有效可行方法之一。

Clinical comparative study of paroxetine combined with Xiaoyao pill on depression

Objective It is to observe the effect and safety of paroxetine combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of depression.Methods 62 hospitalized patients with depression who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were randomly divided into control group treated by paroxetine and study group treated by paroxetine combined with Xiaoyao pill,31 cases in each group,all of them were observed for 6 weeks.The effects were assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and Clinical Global Impression(CGI),The side effects were assessed by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS).Results There were significantly differences in the HAMD and CGI-SI scores after treatment compared with before treatment in both groups(P<0.01).There were significantly differences in the HAMD scores between the two groups at the second weekend of treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the HAMD and CGI-SI scores between the two groups at the 6th weekend of treatment(P>0.05).There were significantly differences in TESS scores between the two groups.Conclusion For the treatment of Xiaoyao pill combined with paroxetine,the effect become quickly,the effect is better,the side effects are fewer and lighter, treatment compliance is higher,the relapse rate is lower,and can be used as an effective treatment of depression of the feasible ways.
