抗震救灾卫生防疫培训的实践探讨

卫生防疫培训是地震灾区卫生防疫工作的重要组成部分,是确保广大救灾人员健康、完成救灾任务的有力保障。在深入调研基础上,制定出紧贴地震灾区实际的培训内容,以灵活多样的组织形式,主动服务培训对象,并开辟培训后拓展支持通道,取得了良好的培训效果,圆满完成了灾区卫生防疫任务,为今后处置突发事件、执行多样化救援任务的卫勤保障积累了实践经验。

Experience in sanitary and anti-epidemic training in earthquake-stricken areas of Sichuan

After the Wenchuan Earthquake occurred, an anti-epidemic team was dispatched by the Hospital No. 302 of the Chinese People＇ s Liberation Army to the disaster-stricken area. The team conducted sanitary and anti-epidemic training task. On the basis of investigation, practical and realistic training contents were developed. With flexible and diverse forms of organization, active training, and supporting channel after training, good effects were achieved, that helped accomplish the anti-epidemic task satisfactorily. The team members provided active service and shared the worries and burdens of the grassroots. The experience of this team is worth spreading.
