| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期护理干预对围产期高危儿智能和运动发育指标影响。方法:58例在医院救治并存活围产期高危患儿接受了早期护理干预,以感知和动作训练为主,住院期间直接示教,出院后定期在诊室指导。6月、12月和24月龄时评估智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI),并与对照组比较。结果:早期护理干预患儿6月、12月和24月龄时MDI和PDI等智测成绩指标均明显优于对照组同期结果(P均0.01~0.05)。结论:早期护理干预方法可明显改善围产期高危儿智能和运动发育指标。
