北京西南地区城市人群血压、血脂、血糖状况调查分析

目的调查北京西南地区城市在职工作人员血压、血脂、血糖异常的发生率，分析其与正常体重、超重、肥胖的关系。方法在2008年度于我中心体检的41320人中。随机选取城市在职工作人员10000例，年龄在20～60岁人群为样本。按我国体质指数建议指标，分类出体重正常、超重、肥胖人群；再根据不同的年龄段统计出不同人群、不同年龄段高血压、高血脂、高血糖的发生率。结果①在10000例受调查者中，超重2831例，占28．31％；肥胖1436例，占14．36％；体重正常5733例，占57．33％。②体重正常5733例，其中高血压636例（11．09％），高血脂536例（9．35％），高血糖278例（4．85％）。③超重2831例，其中高血压745例（26．32％），高血脂628例（22．18％），高血糖349例（12．33％）。④肥胖1436例，其中高血压588例（40．95％），高血脂454例（31．62％），高血糖234例（16．30％）。结论①北京西南地区城市人群中超重和肥胖人群比例增高趋势明显：②高血压、高血脂、高血糖的发生率与体重的增加有明显关系．不同年龄的发生率不同。

The investigation of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels among the south-west Beijing

Objective To investigate the incidence of abnormal blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure in urban population of south-west area of Beijing and explore the relationship between the incidence with the body mass index (BMI).
