水动力辅助吸脂系统在自体脂肪注射隆乳术中的应用

目的:探讨Body-jet水动力辅助吸脂系统在自体皮下脂肪注射隆乳术中的治疗效果。方法:应用Body-jet水动力系统抽吸腹部、大腿等部位的脂肪后,经过滤提纯,均匀注射到乳房各组织中。选取2011年12月~2013年6月笔者医院10例行自体脂肪注射隆乳术的患者,每侧乳房根据实际情况每次注射100~300ml,分2~3次注射,术后3个月复查。结果:10例患者术后乳房较术前均明显圆润丰满,效果明显。结论:利用水动力辅助吸脂系统进行的自体脂肪注射隆乳术是一种安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Application of breast augmentation with autologous fat grafting by water power liposuction equipment

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of autologous fat graft for breast augmentation with Body-jet water power liposuction equipment. Methods Autologous fat suspended solution was harvested from patients＂ abdomen or thighs by using Body-jet hydrodynamic system, and after filtration purification and was uniformly injected into the breast tissue. From December 2011 to June 2013, 10 patients underwent autologous fat grafting with this method in Our hospital, The quantity of grafted fal tissue was about 100-300ml in each side of the breas each time according to the actual conditions, and was injected by 2N3 time.Its effect was observed after 3 months. Result All 10 patients who received breast augmentation surger achieved better result including naturalbreast shape and a fuller contour; Conclusion This is a safe and effective method of breast augmention with autologous fat grafting by water power liposuction equipment, and is worth clinical promotion.
