含灰树花子实体及绿茶提取物眼霜的抗衰老功效研究

目的:观察含有灰树花子实体及绿茶提取物眼霜的抗衰老效果。方法:采用无创性仪器检测以及图像分析的方法,对23例受试者持续6周外用眼霜的效果进行分析。无创性检测的主要功效参数为眼部细纹(鱼尾纹)和皮肤弹力。采用VISIA-CR图像分析的方法进行眼部肤色评价。结果:使用测试眼霜6周后,眼部鱼尾纹各参数较0周基准值相比均有不同程度降低,但结果无显著性差异(P0.05)。左、右双眼皮肤弹力平均值较0周的0.66/0.64上升到6周的0.76/0.74,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。眼部肤色的亮度和均匀度较0周均有明显改善,改善幅度分别为0.54%和5.63%,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:含灰树花子实体及绿茶提取物眼霜可以有效提高眼部皮肤亮度和均匀度,增强皮肤弹力,且具有较高安全性。

Anti-aging effect of eye cream product containing grifola frondosa fruiting body and green tea extracts

Objective To evaluate the anti-aging effect of emollient eye cream formulated with Grifola frondosa extract and green tea extract. Methods A randomized, blinded test was performed on 23 subjects for six-week. Fine wrinkles, skin elasticity and skin tone of eye area were evaluated as main reference parameters using several bioengineering instruments and image analysis method. Results After six-week application, positive change of eye fine wrinkles （the crow＇s feet） was observed but not statistically notable （P〉0.05）. Even though, skin elasticity and skin tone （brightness ＆ evenness） were improved with significance （P〈0.05）.No adverse effect was observed. Conclusion The emollient eye cream could effectively improve skin elasticity, skin color of eye area and may positively affect fine wrinkles after six-week applJcation and Jt is demonstrated to be safe to use.
