LED红蓝光联合丹参酮治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

目的:探讨LED红蓝光联合丹参酮胶囊口服治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:50例寻常性痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:给予LED红蓝光照射联合丹参酮胶囊口服,克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用;对照组:给予丹参酮胶囊口服与克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用。用GAGS评分、Cardiff痤疮伤残指数评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.00%,明显优于对照组60.00%(P0.01);经治疗5周后,两组GAGS评分、Cardiff痤疮伤残指数均显著下降(P0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:LED红蓝光照射联合丹参酮胶囊口服及克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用治疗寻常性痤疮疗效显著。

Clinical observation on the treatment of acne vulgaris with LED light Combination Tanshinone

Objective Clinical observation about LED light combination Tanshinone treat acne. Methods 50 cases were random divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given the irradiation of LED and take orally Tanshinone topical use ClindamycinPhosphate Gel.Through GAGS score,Cardiff acne disability index evulate efficacy. Results Through 5 weeks＇ treatment,the experimental group total effective rate was 88.00%, the control group total effective rate was 60.00.Two groups＇clinical efficacy have statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Through 5 weeks＇ treatment,there have statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）in GAGS score, Cardiff acne disability index,and The efficacy of the experimental group is better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Irradiation of LED and take orally Tanshinone ,topical use Clindamycin Phosphate Gel treat acne have good effective.
