自体脂肪填充上睑凹陷的应用体会

目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正上睑凹陷的临床应用和治疗体会。方法:采用注射器法抽取臀上部位或大腿内侧部位脂肪颗粒,经清洗、离心、纯化后移植于上睑凹陷区。结果:25例患者随访3~12个月,21例一次性注射,效果满意;4例半年后行二次注射,补注后效果满意,未见1例并发症。结论:自体脂肪因其来源丰富,创伤小,无排斥等优点,是治疗上睑凹陷的一种理想且可靠方法。

The experience of application of autologous fat in filling the sagging upper eyelid

Objective To explore the clinical effect and experience of corrective of the supper eyelid excavation by autologous fat granule transplantation. Methods Fat granule was extracted with injector from the superior gluteal region and inner thigh,then purged,centrifugate,purged and injected into the supper eyelid excavation area. Results 25patients,they were followed up for 3 to 12months, 21 cases were one-time inject,satisfied with the results;4 cases were a second injection after six months,then satisfied with the results;no complications occurred. Conclusion It is a good and reliable way to cure the supper eyelid excavation for the advantage of rich source,small trauma,no rejection,and so on.
