| 摘 要： | 目的观察解毒消疹汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将临床筛选的67例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用阿昔洛韦静点治疗;治疗组加用解毒消疹汤治疗,5d为1个疗程。观察两组的临床总有效率及热退、手足止疱、口腔溃疡愈合时间及总疗程。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,且在热退、手足止疱、口腔溃疡愈合时间及总疗程方面明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒消疹汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗效更满意。
