兔心房室结及其束枝系统的组织化学研究

摘    要:本研究用组织化学方法观察了兔心房室结、房室束和左右束枝的7种酶活性。结果显示,直接参与细胞无氧代谢的磷酸化酶和LDH在传导组织细胞内呈强阳性反应,心肌为弱阳性。表明传导组织是以无氧代谢为其主要代谢途径。和神经递质代谢有关的ChE为棕色强阳性反应,心肌则明显减弱。MAO为紫蓝色颗粒,传导组织细胞为弱阳性。SDH为蓝色反应颗粒,结细胞比心肌细胞反应弱。ACP在传导组织细胞内为细小的棕色颗粒,反应强度明显大于心肌。AKP在传导组织内为阴性,心肌则为阳性反应。

Abstract:By means of histocbemical method, seven kinds of enzymic activity in the atrioventricular node, atrioventricular bundls and bundle branches of rabbit heart were observed. The results indicated that phosphorylase and LDH, the key enzyme in glycolytic metabolism, are high positive in conductive tissue of heart, and the myocardium are a slightly highher activity.It was proved that the metabolism of conductive tissue is glycolytic.The neurogenic function of the conducting system of rabbit heart was demonstrated by the higher activity of the in atrioventricular node and atrioventricular bundle. MAO is relatively lower than that of myocardium. SDH is a higher positive in the myocardium than thsos of conductive tissue The activity of ACP in conductive tissue, as the small brown granule, is a especially higher than those of myocardiumm, thoseAKP is negative in conductive tissue and high positive in myocardium.
