硫酰氟对德国小蠊的时间-剂量-死亡率模型研究

摘    要:目的探索杀灭德国小蠊的方法,为有效控制德国小蠊危害提供科学依据。方法在实验室熏蒸柜中,采用不同浓度硫酰氟对德国小蠊成虫进行熏蒸效果观察研究,运用时间-剂量-死亡率模型对10 h内各处理组德国小蠊成虫累计死亡率随时间、剂量的变化进行拟合。结果硫酰氟熏蒸浓度为1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5和3.0 g/m3熏蒸10 h后,德国小蠊成虫的累计死亡率分别为4%、8%、72%、84%和100%,随着熏蒸时间的延长,硫酰氟半数致死浓度(即LC50)逐渐降低。熏蒸后10 h的LC50和LC90估计值分别为1.95和2.44 g/m3。结论硫酰氟对德国小蠊成虫具有较强的急性毒性。

Abstract:Objective To lay a scientific basis for control Blattella germanica.Methods Blattella germanica adults were infected by different concentration sulfuryl fluoride in laboratory fumigation cabinet,and time-dose-mortality model was used to simulate their cumulative mortalitv within 10 h.Results 10 hours after infected by 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 and 3.0 g/m3 sulfuryl fluoride,the cumulative mortality of the adults were 4%,8%,72%,84% and 100%.The LC50 of sulfuryl fluoride decreased gradually with increasing time.After fumigation 10 h,the LC50 and LC90 values were estimated at 1.95 and 2.44 g/m3.Conclusion The results indicated that sulfuryl fluoride had high acute toxicity to Blattella germanica adults.
