| 摘 要： | 处女膜闭锁较罕见，通常于月经初潮时发现。现有文献中曾有2例继发性处女膜闭锁报道，均继发于处女膜相关手术后。本文报道1例病例，引人注目，患者此前无相关手术史，于妊娠期自发形成处女膜闭锁。电子显微镜检查表明其处女膜组织发生再生。

| Abstract: | Imperforate hymen is a rare disorder that is usually dis- covered at the onset of menstruation. In the literature, secondary closure of the hymen has been reported in 2 cases, both of which occurred subsequent to surgical procedures that involved the hymen. We report an interesting case of the spontaneous formation of an imperforate hymen during pregnancy in the absence of previous surgical procedures. Electron microscopic findings indicate hymenal tissue reorganization. |
